There are moments in life when we find ourselves asking difficult questions.
What will happen to me? Who will I marry? Will I succeed? What career should I choose? Will my dreams come true? What if I fail? What is God’s plan for my life?
These questions are natural, especially when the future feels uncertain.
But beneath all our questions is a reassuring truth: your life is not an accident. God sees you, knows you, and has a purpose for your life.
Psalm 139:16 reminds us that God saw us before we were born and that our days were already known to Him. This means that our lives are not simply a collection of random events. There is a divine intention behind them.
Be of Good Cheer
Knowing that God has a plan does not mean that life will always be easy.
Jesus acknowledged this in John 16:33: “In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”

You Have a Future
Proverbs 23:18 offers a simple but powerful reminder: there is a future, and our hope will not be cut off.
Your current chapter is not your entire story.
A difficult season does not mean a defeated life.
A delayed answer does not mean a denied future.
A failure does not mean the end of your purpose.
Sometimes God is doing work in us before He does work through us.

God Has a Plan for You
One of the most familiar promises in Scripture is found in Jeremiah 29:11:
